The Houston County District Attorney's Office has the responsibility and authority to investigate and prosecute crimes in Houston County, Georgia. In each case brought before the court, our office represents "The People of the State of Georgia."
As the elected District Attorney of Houston Judicial Circuit since 1997, Kelly R. Burke has committed himself to upholding the laws and statutes of Georgia, and representing the "People." In all cases, the objective of the Office has been, and continues to be, the administration of justice.
