Judge Monica L. Wilburn was appointed as the new Houston County Juvenile Court Judge on September 01, 2021. Prior to this appointment, she served as the Judge Pro Tem to Houston County Juvenile Court Judge, Deborah Edwards, from 2019 until 2021. In addition, Monica Wilburn served as the Chief Judge of the Warner Robins Municipal Court. Monica Wilburn was appointed as a Warner Robins Municipal Court judge on or about February 2016 and became the Warner Robins Municipal Chief Judge in 2020. Judge Wilburn has also served as an Associate Magistrate Judge for Houston County from 2017 to 2019. Monica Wilburn relocated from Southern California to Warner Robins, Georgia in 2007. In 2007 Monica Wilburn’s husband was stationed to the Robins Air Force Base as the Commander of the Air Force Reserves. She has been an active part of the Houston County community since 2007.
